Canon Fitness

We know that starting something new can sometimes be intimidating. For that reason we have crafted up the following list to help eliminate some questions you might have before visiting our box.

• Meet the Awesome staff! Each class is lead by one of these awesome individuals and will include a warm-up, WOD (workout of the day) and a skill session.

• What to Bring. Wear comfortable workout clothes and something to drink. We will have everything else you need.

• First Class. Schedule your first session and sign the waiver before you even leave the house. Your first week is totally FREE with no strings attached.

• Get Started. Now that you have met our trainers, acclimated yourself to our community, and scheduled your first class, all that is left is to get in the car and make the trip to our space. Map It

• Membership Options. You rocked your FREE week. Now it is time to choose the membership option that works best for you.
